Dr. Russell J. Otto, MD

I had been seeing another ENT for the entirety of my pediatric years. When I got to be an adult I had to find another. Dr. Otto was that one! They scheduled my exam promptly, got me in and out and I was scheduled for surgery. Everything went great and follow up care was excellent. Definitely recommend!

One of the best doctors I have ever been to. He actually LISTENS when I talk to him about what issues I am having and responds accordingly. I was having a horrible prolonged period of congestion and cough that I had been to my general practitioner about 5 times in less than two months.

I went to Dr. Otto and he listened to everything I was dealing with and what I had tried. Then he used a camera to check my throat and was very thorough in his explanation of what he believed what happening and how to go about resolving the issue.

After that I decided to get my deviated septum surgically corrected by him and both the surgery and recovery went perfectly. He is great at giving detailed explanations for everything and my favorite thing is I feel heard as a patient. He always listens and takes when I have to say I to consideration.

I cannot day enough positive things about being one of his patients. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are also friendly and extremely helpful!

Very well laid out for an office. Nurses and staff seem to be very competent. Dr. Otto very thorough with his exams going to go ahead and give you excellent feedback it is very good at his job. What an excellent doctor to go ahead and visit.

Magnificent doctor who is compassionate and caring. Takes the time to explain everything. Not a rush you "out the door" office. Staff is kind and always helpful. Because of his expertise in Immunology, my son has not been sick for almost a year. Highly recommended!
