Elan Denton

My small family and I are still pretty new to this apartment complex and I am happy to say I LOVE it here!
My husband started the journey by moving us in a small uhaul from the northwest to a place we now are proud to call our home.
Moving into an apartment we hadn’t seen was scary for us especially with a toddler. The virtual pictures on the website helped but we know that sometimes looks can be deceiving. To my surprise everything on the website was exactly as shown in our apartment.

This was literally the only place that called us back and was super friendly over the phone. Everywhere else we called bumped their prices over night up to an extra $1000 on-top of what was advertised online and didn’t honor their so called “special”.

We were starting to lose hope until we came across Elan Denton Apartments online. Not only does the staff have incredible customer service but they also go above and beyond getting maintenance over to fix things right away.

Compared to many other apartments their hours are open far longer during the day and even on weekends which is very impressive! They have security that drives through the apartments and gates are usually locked and closed unless they are getting maintenance (I’m assuming).

Before moving I looked up the google maps location and noticed there was a huge landfill very close to these apartments. After reading a review someone left about the smell I was so worried about the odors from the landfill. To my surprise there is NO stinky smells from the landfill (and I have a STRONG nose especially right now)!

So grateful to have landed in a place we feel safe we’re the residents are kind and friendly. Thank you Elan staff, your hard work is recognized, appreciated, and you are truly making a positive difference in the community.

Where do i begin? Honestly, Elan Denton is one of the nicest apartments complexes I have ever lived in. Being an out of state move in there was so many tiny details that i couldn’t look over due to such a last minute move. Mikal was so helpful and discussed every detail and was prompt when answering my calls and getting information sent over to me. It’s only been a week but the facilities are nicely maintained and cleaned every day. They have nice social activities for there guest and amazing amenities such as a dog park. My unit is on the third floor and it has a great view. The walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. Everything from moving to living at Elan has been perfect perfect perfect.

We feel safe walking around the complex. We love our place especially the nice pantry and laundry room! My husband and I look forward to coming home to our apartment after work. It is definitely a place we can call home.

It's only been 11 days since my five friends and I moved into these apartments. "This is a wonderful place to call "home." The entire crew always greets you with a smile and is extremely accommodating to our needs, as well as quick to resolve any issues that may arise. Every day, pleasant, courteous staff keep the grounds and amenities clean. The pool area is beautiful.
