(February 7, 2022, 11:30 am)I broke a femur after a fall in a Lewisville restaurant. Rehab n doctors from a wheel chair was not possible from our car. SPAN did a wonderful job getting me to and from appointments for 3 months. Words can’t express the wonderful service from ALL the staff, office to drivers. Thank you everyone!

(January 25, 2019, 12:45 pm)My 26-yr. old special needs daughter rides SPAN three days each week from Coppell to school in Lewisville and back. The service is reliable, timely, and inexpensive. The driver treats her with care and respect. The administration appears to be organized and thoughtful. The only rub is having to use cash or the paper tickets for rides. More convenient non-cash options should be available, like DART uses. That said, we LOVE SPAN!
