They repaired my vehicle from major hail damage. They had to take on a lot of work, and they made my car look brand new! They make their customers feel valued and well taken care of. I’m always hesitant when people show up in the neighborhood offering services related to car repairs, internet services etc. I typically just politely refuse interest or I take the flyers they give out & never call. However, I actually spent a small amount of time & spoke to Ray & Zach about the hail damage my car had as well as my next door neighbor & we both decided to get it fixed by AHR in Denton, TX. A rental car was provided by them which was above & beyond my expectations. I have a large family with several small kids that requires having multiple car seats that must fit into as rental car as well. Again, I’m also hesitant for this reason alone since I was fearful I would have to work around a tiny rental & have the pain & hassle of trying to fit all the car seats & deal with it for weeks. Regardless, my rental was almost identical to my actual car besides being newer & nicer which was unexpected but also a plus! Super easy process - They brought the rental car to me the same day they picked up my car. After a few weeks I got my car back & the work is absolutely beautiful! I’m thrilled I actually spent the time to listen that day since honestly the process was very simple, the work is perfect & the friendliness/ professionalism of both Ray & Zach is hard to find now days. I have since recommended them both to several friends & family so hopefully this will be of some help to anybody else who is on the fence about it as well. I 100% recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a reliable company/employees to work on getting your car hail/damage repaired!

The guys at Advantage took such good care of my car the first go around I went back a second time. Where to start they come to you if need be, you get a loner vehicle from them while they fix your vehicle. Christian is very helpful and answers any questions you may have. The shop guys do excellent work. When you pick up your car they clean it so well it's looks like the car just came off the lot. Hemp handled my claim and it took about three days start to finish for my car to be fixed and ready for pick up. They have earned my business for life. Highly recommend this company for your hail damage needs.

This is by far the best paintless dent repair shop in DFW. From the customer service that picks you up and drops you off as needed, to the management that handles and deals with the lowballing insurance companies so you don’t have to, to the techs that work pure magic just top notch all around. Had my 2022 truck just 3 months before a storm hit Little Elm and left over 1,000 dents in my hood! Called Advantage and got my truck in the same day. Picked up today and with no exaggeration it looks just like it did when I brought it home from the dealership. Not a scratch or dent left, perfect condition. I don’t know how they do it but it exceeded any expectations I had. If you don’t want a body shop to damage your factory paint or treat your vehicle like just another invoice, this is the only shop to go with.
