When I had concerns about my oil change situation, I was given a very in depth explanation about how the oil works in the car and what it means for me to have a certain type of oil. It wasn't like I was being talked down to either, but it was explained in a way to help me down the road understand my vehicle better. This was incredibly valuable to me.
