(January 3, 2020, 11:59 am)Dr. Shaffer has been our vet for 25 years. He truly loves animals and has taken care of four of our dogs and cats from cradle to grave. He will call to check up on a suffering pet and do everything in his power help you make the right decisions regarding your pets care.

(October 19, 2019, 6:08 pm)Dr. Shaffer is literally the best vet ever! He is so calming and kind, my senior dog. Buddy loves it here. Treats galore for him. I'm going to say this again BEST VET EVER!! Dr Shaffer and his staff give him every treat they have.

(September 5, 2019, 6:59 pm)Dr Shaffer was amazing with our cat, Rhett Butler Kitty, and figured out that he had diabetes. He did everything he could to save him, including seeing him in the middle of the day when I didn't have an appointment. His staff was so amazing and caring, and when it was time for us to say goodbye, he helped us through it. He let me hold Rhett while we had to put him down, and his staff gave us as much time as we needed to be able to say goodbye before we did. I donated the two bottles of insulin that we had for Rhett, because Dr Shaffer was caring for two other diabetic cats. He was so supportive during what has probably been one of the most difficult times in my life, and even though he had only seen Rhett a few times, Rhett adored him.
We will definitely be bringing our other cats here for everything else. -
