I knew I picked the best realtor but I especially knew on the last day of my option period when the seller wasn’t budging on repair negotiations. Jessica out of the blue sent me the seller’s updated offer that was far closer to what I wanted than anything we’d gotten after lots of back and forth. I called her immediately to ask her how she did it. She was so calm and collected and I was impressed and grateful. Jessica answered all my questions throughout the process or directed me to who could answer. I appreciated how Jessica told me she would do something by a certain time and I could count on it being done by that time or before. Jessica respected my wishlist and helped me think of ways to make minor adjustments to a space that would be more “me”. It felt like she was 1/3 realtor, 1/3 interior design consultant, and 1/3 a dear friend. I wish I could buy more homes just to work with Jessica! Thank you, Jessica, for being in this business.

Oh AND Jessica’s lender and inspector recommendations were superior! I couldn’t imagine an easier process. Everyone carried business professionally but humanly.

This post is well overdue, but Jess and her husband Izzy we’re both so professional through the entire process. They made us feel really comfortable and really invested their time, energy and grace towards making our experience the best it could be. When going on tours Jessica was amazing at really making sure that the house we would end up picking would be the perfect one for us.
