The coaches in every class I've been in have gone above and beyond to help me with correct form, safe scaling, and general improvement. Super welcoming community. It has been a great experience so far and I'll definitely be sticking around.

It has a very active and robust community that is a wonderful reflection of the local area.
Lots of smiles and laughter and encouragement. Then lots of getting after it in the WODs.
Great place for beginners as well as seasoned athletes.
