I called Prairie Rug Care got a fair quote and asked them to come over. We had recently moved to our new home and the carpets were badly stained and I had no idea what kind of stains. I mentioned this to the scheduler and she said that they would send out a team equipped to handle the stains. They came when they said that they would come, with minimal disruption to our normally busy household. They got to work efficiently, were courteous, and very respectful. The stains completelycame out and our carpets were clean! highly recommended. Very quick, professional, good service and great price!!!

Mark arrived early in the morning for cleaning our stained carpet. He worked really hard, put materials, scrubbing with brushes and used steam and many other maneuvers. The outcome was amazing.
