Hot water was only lasting anywhere between 3 - 5mins in upstairs master bed shower. Contacted maintenance and received a call maybe 7 minutes later. Octavio was here within 5mins, located the problem and fixed it all in about 20mins. AWESOME! He was super nice, professional and quick!! Thank you Octavio : )

I can not say enough great things about my experience living here . Feels home. I just renewed my lease. The community is always kept clean. The office staff are very attentive , polite and helpful. They are quick to respond to any emails or requests in a timely manner. and maintenance team is amazing as well. I highly recommend this community.

Moved in about 2 weeks ago and love it. The complex is clean, with great amenities. It's actually much quieter than I thought it would be, as well. The apartment itself, is larger than anything else I found at the price point, with a nice large deck.
The thing that most impressed me so far was that I had a new BBQ delivered, but apparently they didn't want to make the climb, so they left it at the bottom of the stairs. Since I park, and take the stairs on the other side of the building, I never knew it was there. Instead of it being stolen, a couple of neighbors came to the door after a couple of days to let me know, and even helped me carry it up the stairs! You can't really ask for much more that that!
