    Having worked in the medical field I am keenly aware of mediocre care and best practices care. Post COVID customer service has taken a dive in many industries. It was so refreshing to be welcomed with a smile by Dr. Willenborg and his staff. You are treated as if you are the only patient being seen by them that day!!
    No rush, all questions answered and encouraged to reach out to them with any questions or concerns once you leave.
    Time was taken to set up my post surgical appointment so as to ensure I have several options by which to schedule! Thank you Michael for navigating me through the entire process! See you this week😉

    Dr Willenborg was highly recommended by a friend who had excellent contacts in the medical field. He is a wonderful, kind hearted, and truly professional man. His entire staff is the same way...everyone smiling, very kind, and highly proficient. Dr Willenborg performed reconstruction surgery on my dislocated and broken left ankle. It is looking like my ankle is heading toward 100% recovery. I am so pleased and thankful I found him.

    Dr. Willenborg is amazing!! He is very thorough when explaining injuries and surgery (mine being a ruptured achilles) and I couldn’t recommend him and his staff more. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses are extremely nice and knowledgeable.

    Dr. Willenborg and his team are very skilled. Micheal Burns was truly amazing. He spent extra time helping me fix the boot the hospital gave me that had missing pieces. He showed me the best ways to walk on crutches and progress off of them. He also walked through some exercises to do. He was very kind and helpful and really took the time to listen to me.

    My experience, thus far, with Dr. Willenborg has been a very positive one. He is extremely pleasant & seems caring. It’s been tough being non-weight bearing for 2 weeks (so far), but I am trying not to hold that against him 😃. My surgery went well & I have no complaints at all. His assistants in office as well as the surgical staff have all been great. A++
