Super attentive and efficient! Dr. Houston and the staff (Michelle + Chelsea) were very helpful and kind. I went during working hours so I didn't have time to stay to order glasses/contacts, however Chelsea made sure to assess my insurance plan and let me know what available money I can use to purchase later and maximize the benefits of my insurance. Definitely the extra mile!

Excellent experience! Everyone was so patient with me, taking time to ensure I understood each step in the process for new glasses. When I decided my single vision glasses weren't working, they switched me to progressives with no fuss. When the new lenses arrived they didn't just replace the lens and let me go - they took the time to tell me about progressives and the difference, including testing my reading and depth perception and telling me what to expect in the coming days as my eyes adjusted. Very grateful for their caring service!

I have been a patient for over 10 years. I told Dr John today after my appt he is my guardian angel & meant that! I have challenging special eyes & until I saw Dr. Bowen never felt like I was being helped. He explains everything, thorough & such a great guy! His staff is the best!

As always, the eye exam by Dr. John was very thorough. He detailed various aspects of my eye health to monitor with full explanation as needed. Staff was very helpful.
