  Dr. Ruben has been a Godsend to me. I was experiencing extreme symptoms similar to Mal de Debarquement Syndrome, to the point it was debilitating. I had been to primary and urgent care and was just continually given antibiotics and steroids and discounted. Pro Neuro Medical Group staff not only called me back quickly when no one else would and helped to calm me when I was pretty distraught, but they were able to get me in quickly with a cancellation. Dr. Ruben and his staff were extremely thorough and with results from my Right Eye test and additional examination, he determined there was something going on with the left side of my brain. I exhibited symptoms of both MdDS and PPPV. He gave me several helpful supplements and exercises to help with my symptoms, but he wanted to follow up with an MRI and MRA, as well. I went strait from the appointment to have this done and he called me later that day, fully concerned, as the MRA showed a rare ICA aneurysm on the LEFT side, right next to the main artery that runs to my left eye. He and his staff quickly got out referrals to several neurosurgeons and I'm scheduled for surgery with a preferred neurosurgeon already, only 3 weeks after seeing Dr. Ruben. I cannot imagine what might have happened if it wasn't for the diligence and genuine CARE of both he and his staff and ordering the testing that they did. I almost never take the time to leave reviews, but I would recommend Dr. Ruben 100 times over and would give him more that just 5 starts, if I could.

  Dr. Ruben and his staff have been superb even doing a zoom appointment to fit in an appointment when it was hard to get to their office. Very up front about costs and working with insurance companies. Office staff is greatly encouraging, easy to work with and has great customer service. Dr. Ruben is able to do labs and make suggestions that don't cost a fortune. Definitely recommend!
