  Kyle was very quick and responsive in getting me quotes from several providers with a variety of different coverage options. Ended up saving nearly $1,000 annually switching my auto and home while maintaining appropriate coverage. Would highly recommend using Valdez Integra!

  Valdez handles many of my peer drivers’s black car insurance. I was referred to them by one of the Transportation car service owners.
  
  Mark was very patient, helpful and responsive in helping me take care of all of my insurance needs, black car being only 1 facet.
  
  He listened to our needs and was able to provide several options for us to review.
  
  We went through several iterations with several different insurance companies before I moved forward with the insurance.
  
  He was able to explain the coverages in such a way that they were well-understood.
  
  He was always willing to take the time to go over anything that I wanted to review with him——very accessible to say the least.
  
  I would not hesitate to recommend Valdez insurance to handle any insurance required.

  Mark and his staff or excellent insurance agents. I transferred my Auto and Home polices to Valdez Integra. I've been treated fairly. I purchased a car for my son who was out of town on business. I had to show proof of insurance b4 leaving DMV. I called Mark and added to my policy....I wasn't aware my Son added to his also. I forgot to call and cancel when I received invoice I called to cancel and had every intention of paying for that month. Mark canceled and didn't charge me. I was totally appreciative but that showed me the integrity of Integra. I'm a customer for life.

  I was very pleased with the service provided by Kyle and Mark Valdez. I recently wanted to change my auto and home insurance for service and price improvements. Kyle found me great rates from a well respected and reliable insurance company. For my situation, I had a reduction of $1200 in annual premiums for auto & home combined, and still maintained the same coverage for both. Kyle was very responsive and answered all my questions very clearly. The change was painless and was done through email and email links. I'm very pleased that now I have an actual person who will be my point of contact in the event that I have an insurance claim.
