Inself storage is different than any other storage company because they treat people like human beings. My sister rents at the Flower Mound location, due to COVID, she fell behind on her payments. Leighton was able to work with her and get her caught up. SO NICE.

I’ve been storing here for about six months, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else if this team has a facility in the area.

I LOVED THIS PLACE!
The location is in a very nice area, gated, clean and towards the back, off of a main road. As a woman, no worries on being their by myself. I did evrrything over the phone and it was flawless. We have an unexpected 30 day move. I asked for the 15th, got it, 2 days later said the 8th, and they got me in, paid, gate code and all while I was on my way driving to the unit. They had a great promo! And no issues on honoring it and they had no hidden fees! The price was what I got! 4 other units had extra fees! They provided a great heavy duty padlock that was in my super clean unit when I arrived. Just moved all my stuff out after 2 months and wanted to leave a glowing review. Thank you In Self Storage!
