“I have lived at Nexus for 4 years and love the location and amenities. My only complaint is the parking. All of the 1845 restaurant guests park in our reserved spots and I find myself having to walk from the back of the complex to find a spot. I spend a lot money here each month and feel like we should have spots solely reserved for the tenants of the building. Parking stickers would help & towing signs. Maintenance is always quick to respond and they are very friendly. Office staff is friendly and helpful as well.”

“Where do I begin? Missy responded to my initial email at 1030p and agreed to a conversation the next day. From there, it was outstanding service after outstanding service! I loved her "directness". She told us she would sell our house in a week....and it was sold in 2 days! She negotiated extremely well with the buyer's agent and utilized her extensive network of lenders to actually help the buyers locate a lender for their complex loan. At closing, she was so generous and gave us gift cards for some entertainment activities AND while we were packing up our house, she graciously gave us a gift card for dinner! Since we didn't have any pots or pans, this was so NECESSARY!!! And....to top our relationship off, she got our house cleaned after we moved out, for the buyers. Simply....the BEST experience I've had dealing with a real estate transaction and agent. I would definitely recommend Missy and would definitely use her services in the future!”

It was super close to my house, so I thought we would try it. The lady that worked on mine was super nice. She did a FANTASTIC JOB!! Her name is Jesse. The lady that did my sisters nails was also really good, however I don't know her name. I love how they have all the prices displayed as soon as you walk in. It is open, clean, spacious, and very well lit. I will DEFINITELY be going back. I absolutely love Kosmo! They will be my "go to" nail salon for sure! Thank you Jesse!”
