“My experience at Best Buy was so enlightening. Finally, great customer service. I originally went to Lowe's to buy a washer, but they didn't have anything in stock. Do we went over to Best Buy and we were greeted and we were helped by a very nice, educated man. We had to go to the distribution center to pick up the washer, but it was worth it. I decided not to have it delivered because I work and trying to set up a time would be a hassle. I will go to Best buy again.”
