Bell Stonebriar Apartments

Really nice apartment in a prime location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the maintenance person Jose Luis is the jewel on their crown. He is very friendly unlike other rude folks I have met. He is really good at what he does and takes pride. One of the main reasons I will extend our contract is Jose Luis. The rent is also good value compared to some other properties. I have recommended Bell to several of my friends.

We came from California a little while ago and we are already loving living in this tiny community called Bell Stonebriar. Dan and Rachael helped us with the whole leasing process, and we received on the moving day the keys to the place with a happy and warm welcome to our new home. We had an excellent connection from the moment we did the walk through where Dan showed us all the spaces available that we were interested in, going through the pros and cons of each according to our necessities. Rachael helped us with the whole rent contract process in an easy way, with patience and well explained. Kerry is a sweetheart and sympathetic. When we changed our mind and decided to choose another unit one day before we got the keys she welcomed us and permitted us to change ideas with no problems or a hard time. Luis is the maintenance manager and is simply the best. Super attentive, gentle, and has the happiest face glued to him, you can tell his genuinely loves his job. In fact they’re all extremely gentle, good energy and the doors to this tiny community… And after looking at several, SEVERAL complexes in the area it was their service and upmost respect that had us decide that this is where we wanted to build the start of a new chapter in our lives. Thank you for everything Bell Stonebriar team!

Its been 2 months since we moved here and so far our experience has been amazing.

Rachel has been very friendly and helpful since our first visit to get a tour. She had always responded to our requests and made sure the whole move process is so welcoming and smooth.

Louis (Aamir Khan) is the Best. He always promptly responds to our maintenance requests and always goes above and beyond.

The staff and the maintenance crew were on top of all things while always being friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere in the neighborhood is so nice and relaxing, while being welcoming too our furry friends. The pool is great during the summer! We didn’t consider it our apartment - it was our home!

I’m a new resident of the property and all I can say is Excellent, Excellent customer service by the entire office staff. Rachel the Assistant Community Manager, in particular has been absolutely amazing. I was treated like family from the time I step into the leasing office. The whole staff was very attentive to my apartment needs and made me feel very comfortable doing my apartment search. From the time, I stepped into the leasing office I feel at home; I have never been in such a friendly relax environment doing an apartment search. I’m so happy that I came across this apartment complex. By the way, the apartments are beautiful inside and out and in an awesome location. The apartment home I picked is very warm and cozy and it accommodates my every need. I would recommend anyone who’s in the market for an apartment to definitely check out Bell Stonebriar you won’t be disappointed. You’re very satisfied resident JG 🥰!
