  Christina is a blessing. I had a torn hamstring with bruising and acute sciatica due to a fall. I am in better shape and completely healed thanks to Christina and her amazing ability to heal my injury. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🙏❤️

  Christina is excellent at what she does. I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I’ve been receiving Physical Therapy and personal training to regain range of motion and strength. Christina has customized workouts to target my specific needs. She has helped me progress through shoulder therapy exercises and taught me so much in the process. The workouts have been challenging but fun. I enjoy every minute of my sessions with her and I am making progress each week.   I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Christina! I have had problems with knee injuries for decades and she helped me recover from my most recent issue. She handled my rehab beautifully. She has a wealth of knowledge, giving me confidence to progress even if I was scared. She is gentle and kind but also able to help you push yourself toward health in a safe way. I’m sure this knee will need more TLC in the future and I am so glad I have Christina as a resource when I need her.

  I started privates Pilates classes with Christina
  several months ago after two back surgeries. Being a physician, I was very concerned about having someone who could help me and would know how to prevent further injury. Christine has been perfect! She is very knowledgeable about strengthening and balance which are key to getting stronger without injury. She always listens to my input and adjusts as needed.
  
  I really had little knowledge about Pilates and have been amazed at how much improvement I have had. The workouts are challenging but not overwhelming like some personal training sessions I’ve had where I hurt the entire time. Pilates seems more like fun than training and still I have seen more improvement than ever with traditional personal training. I have had several personal trainers over the years. No one has helped me progress so quickly and safely! She is professional, personal and fun. Thanks so much Christina!

  Christina is an amazing Pilates instructor. I’ve been going to her classes for six months. Her knowledge, expertise and caring attitude are what keeps me coming back. She is fun and I love the music she plays. Christina makes her self aware of injuries or limitations we have, and will always give us options. Just when I think she has taught me all there is, she throws in a new exercise or two, which teaches me how to use my body in a whole new way. She is very attentive to her class. She watches us to ensure we are using the correct form. I love Christina and always look forward to her next class.
