  Dr. Hong and her staff are the best! They value your time and never keep you waiting. Dr. Hong is very nice and friendly. Together with her dental hygienist, they make a super thorough and efficient team. I am so glad I found them! ❤️

  I feel like I can be a difficult patient due to the high anxiety of the dentist and the shape my teeth are in. I haven’t liked my smile in years. My coworker said to go to them because he took his daughter in and knew they would be a good match for me. Everyone there was wonderful and had so much patience, making sure I was at ease the entire time. We have our plan and for the first time in 15yrs, I feel like I’m finally going to have my smile back. I’m actually excited to get started.

  This was the best collective dental experience that I’ve ever had! As a new patient, coordinator Evelyn was engaging and ready with an explanation of my benefits and charge when I got there. Hygienist Elena was excellent and had a wonderful personality and did such a great job on my cleaning that several commented on my smile. Dentist Hong was sharp, personable, and clear on my care but also immediately fixed two veneer issues complimentary. I was very impressed and I’m now a permanent patient and already made a referral to Frisco Smiles Dentistry. :)

  Very sweet, patient and understanding. Especially knowing that dental work is quite expensive, they do not push you to max your credit cards or give you bogus procedures that are not needed. They are extremely well with my 2 boys (age 6 & 7). They are our go to for the 4 of us. If your hurting, they will definitely stop and give more numbing before continuing. They have jumped through a lot of hoops for us. I had an emergency during the christmas break. They were off but still checked voicemails. The receptionist and dentist made sure to give me prescribed pain medication to make sure i was comfortable until i could get in to a orthodontist. They also called to check up on me after my appointment with the specialist. Such wonderful people that work in that office. I would definitely recommend this place! Also i never have to wait more than like 15 minutes before they call me to the back.
