This place is like one big family that makes sure everyone is included and healthy. They work with you to make sure it’s the best workable solution for you and that you get your butt kicked into shape. Everyone I’ve met here have been so encouraging, what’s not to like. I love The Bar Method Frisco and was so excited to find this location nearby when I moved here from out of state! The classes are fantastic, following a consistent format but incorporating a variety of different exercises that target different muscles. It is really an awesome full-body workout! The fabulous instructors make the classes fun and also do a wonderful job of making sure we are doing everything with proper form. I definitely recommend checking The Bar Method out!

I was not one for working out diligently until I started doing barre at the Bar Method. I have been coming here almost a year and half now and the studio is always clean and beautiful. Additionally, the instructors are top notch! Not only are they friendly, they are attentive and are always making sure everyone is in the right form. The workout is effective in building your core and toning your muscles without being hard on your joints. I cannot express how happy I am to be part of this barre community.

Love this studio!! I really enjoy having instructors that physically correct my posture and greet me by name when I come in. It makes you feel like one of the pack instead of just another person coming to class. The workout is always tough, but you move from exercise to exercise really quickly, so your mind is never bored. It blows my mind that we're there for an hour, but it only feels like 30 mins. because of the quick transitions constant movement.

This is hands down (and heels up!) the best barre experience I have ever had.

Outside of a different style of barre than other studios I've been to, I really like that the instructor does not work out with the class so that they can observe and correct for proper technique. They really want each client to maximize their time - I've never left feeling like I wasn't challenged in class. Though each class is full body, where I feel they really excel is the core exercises. They are completely unique to what I've ever done in my 9 years of fitness and really focus on mind/muscle connection.

The owner, Reshoo, is a gem. She has a friendly yet strong presence as an instructor and you can really tell she cares about her establishment.

I intend on using this place as a supplement to lifting-based gym routine, as I feel like it will definitely help with smaller, more refined movements.
