This is a beautiful and grand apartment home. We are moving from California to Texas and needed a transition home while our home is being built. This site is the perfect location in the north Dallas area central to ALL THINGS- hospitals, schools, work, etc. We received a warm welcome and a complete tour of an apartment and the amenities here from Niyeriah, a leasing professional. The staff here are friendly and professional. I highly recommend!
I have lived @ 4 Corners for 1.5 yrs. Management has been super helpful for all of my needs. They are always polite with a good attitude. I signed a 12 month lease and decided to stay and renewed. The pool area is very clean. The play ground is visible from my balcony so I feel comfortable for my 10yr old son to go play there on his own. Great area.
I had an amazing experience with Niyeirah. When I first meet her I was feeling down stress and exhausted!!! But because of her willingness to listen and have sympathy and understanding gave me peace in the situation. If you’re looking for someone who is nice understanding, professional and has a big heart and who will go above and beyond her job to help you.. Please call and schedule an appointment with her to find a nice luxury apartment you will not be disappointed!!!
This apartment community has been great!! The move in process was the easiest we’ve ever had anywhere! The staff is always very helpful and any maintenance issue gets resolved quickly! The trail and dog park are amazing as well! No complaints so far and we have been here for about 9 months! The only think I do advice is if you do not like noise stay away from building 2 or maybe even building 1 since the movie theatre across is usually very full and there will always be cars out there very late!
