Dr Hu is a terrific physician. In a private independently- owned practice, he is free from the restrictions of health care systems that limit appts to 15 min blocks which are inadequate to careful consideration of patient problems. He takes a great deal of time and study with new patients. He solved my pain issue without drugs, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Office runs like a top. Staff is kindly accommodating.

I went to other doctors before I found Dr Hu. They basically did little or nothing to help. Dr Hu has made the extra effort to find the cause of my pain and has spent a lot of time diagnosing my problem and taking steps to relieve my long time pain issues including scheduling me with other doctors to help diagnose the underlying issues. His staff goes out of their way to schedule and help with insurance claims and other needed paperwork. I would recommend this office to other patients.

Dr. Hu is so intelligent. He knows so much about pain management and explains what he is doing and why. He also knows a great deal about insurance and what it will pay. He takes time with his patients therefore sometimes runs behind schedule. As he says, would you like me to rush through your appointment in order to keep on schedule? He has done a great deal to help my pain in my back and also in my neck. I appreciate him so much because he has allowed me to have my life back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hu’s for 12 years. He is the most thorough pain doctor I have ever seen. He has seen me through multiple injuries and accidents and helped me manage my pain without opiates. I am very grateful to him for everything! He is not the quickest, but he ensures that all your concerns are heard and develops a plan to help heal the pain for the long term!! He is a fantastic practitioner, I would trust my neck to no one else! I always say that he is truly worth the wait!

My husband and I went to Dr. Hu for a long time for separate issues. We became very close to him as he spent so much time with us
discussing and explaining his methods and sorting out our very different
pain issues. He was extremely intelligent and knowledgable about
pain treatment and a pleasure to visit compared to our prior doctors.
His personality is unusual but when you see how effective his methods
are you begin to appreciate him and see your care is in the best of hands.
Don't go to him for recreational pills- He is too smart for that.
