Everyone up there will actually take the time to explain everything so you can understand the expectations. I recently purchased one of my bucket list dream cars, a GTR! The original owner had KW suspension installed. The ride height was too low which was bad for daily driving and I could not get into my driveway. I searched local suspension shops and came across Texas Track Works. I called and called and no one picked up for two weekdays and a weekend. Frustrated I found BSP Motorsports which is more local to me (Frisco) and all their reviews were great and every customer seemed very satisfied. I’m a big fan of properly run independent shops and this is an outstanding example of one! Seth and the team were a pleasure to talk shop with and treated my car like it was their own. I knew they would not send me on my way until it was perfect. Seth brought a few issues to my attention with my suspension setup and addressed them. BSP Motorsports adjusted the ride height and performed an excellent overall alignment. The difference was noticed immediately by the new stance of my car and the improved driving dynamics.
Further When I dropped my car off I was expecting the typical surprise of not getting it back on time and the working taking longer than expected. That is the norm. Not only did they stick to the timeline they provided updates and pictures via email in addition to phone calls. If you need a place to feel safe taking your car to you can trust these guys!
