Dr. Ovcharenko is the best!! For the first time in years I finally found a dentist that takes her time to really get to know her patients and their concerns. I’ve been dealing with gum issues for quite some time so it’s been quite the emotional roller coaster for me. Dr. O was the first to acknowledge my pain and discomfort, she’s made me feel like I matter and has taken the bull by the horns, so to speak, to get to the root cause of the problem and for that I am forever grateful. I’m finally pain free and happy knowing that I’m receiving the best care possible. Thank you Dr. O and the entire staff for everything you have done for me, you have been nothing short of amazing! If you’re in the area and are looking to get top notch service and care, please consider giving them a try, you’ll be happy you did!

I am terrified of the dentist....many many years of crippling fear/anxiety when it comes to the dentist. This office was so patient with me, gentle, and friendly. They didn’t make me feel low and shameful that my mouth was in poor shape. They kept assuring me that they were going to help, and encouraged optimism. These are confident ladies with compassionate demeanors....all of them. My fears and anxieties have calmed significantly thanks to the entire staff. From Gladys (the first friend you’ll meet), to the hygienists, to Dr. Zeng, Dr. O, and Dr. Ortiz, you are in the safest hands you could ever hope for. Thank you all!!

I am currently going through the process of getting an implant and they are an amazing choice. So far it has been worth every dime and all the time. Keep it up and let’s finish strong.

Staff is very sweet and welcoming. Gladys was there to answer any questions I had. Dr. Zeng explained everything well and recommended treatment that would help with the pain I am experiencing. I highly recommend West Frisco Dental and Implants!

I have been coming to this office for a year now. I hate going to the dentist, but these ladies make it so easy. My husband and I have been given the utmost care with our anxieties here.
