Urgent Care for Kids - Frisco

We have had such a great experience with this little gem of a clinic. They have saved our family more than once. The staff are always so kind and efficient. The doctors are wonderful and compassionate. The doctor we most recently had uncovered what was really going on with my child, when we didn’t that was what it was based on symptoms. The physicians are so wonderful. The online check is the best I have experienced. So quick and efficient and allows for little interaction at front desk to avoid germs. I will continue bringing my family here.

The experience we had was fantastic! From the nice young lady at the front desk to the fun, reassuring nursing staff who took all the info and then performed the test. My daughter was very apprehensive but they were all pros at making her feel at ease. Highly suggest this place for all your pediatric urgent care needs!

We got absolutely wonderful treatment from the staff here! My daughter broke her arm and they treated her with such care and kindness. They did an assessment, x-rays, gave her a temporary cast, explained everything in detail to me and gave me guidance on how to proceed. If I have any more kiddos with urgent needs, Urgent Care for Kids will be my first stop.

I recently took my son to this urgent care and was extremely impressed by the entire staff - They were all extremely kind, empathetic and professional. From booking the appointment online to checking out everything was quick and easy. I will definitely use this urgent care next time and would recommend.

This urgent care was AMAZING, and also the only place I could find that does rapid COVID testing on an asymptomatic child. We had no wait, everything was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and good with kids (which is unfortunately not always the case with a pediatric urgent care), and at the end of our visit, they made my kiddo's day by giving her a rubber duck! I hope I never have to use a pediatric urgent care again, but if I do, it'll definitely be this location. They truly made the experience as painless and pleasant as it possibly could be.
