Hands down , one of the best and most top notch BJJ gyms in Frisco , Coach Lucas embodies all the qualities of a great BJJ instructor , great guy who is kind , welcoming and knows how to work with you no matter who you as passes his knowledge very well . He does a great job as an instructor , especially with the kids , creating future legends . Coach Lucas is also very creative when it comes to his coaching style and that what makes it so fun to learn from him . If you’re in the Frisco area , I highly encourage y’all to give this place a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Providing kids, adults, and teens with high level Jiu-jitsu taught by an amazing instructor! Professor Lucas is amazing with his coaching to the kids and adults. It’s a well managed gym, the manager/instructors are great with communicating! I’ve loved my time being here at Rockstar with everyone!!

My son has been training with Coach Lucas for 6 months now. He is an amazing instructor and very patient with all of the kids. My son was extremely shy when he started, but has definitely overcome that obstacle! I couldn't recommend RockStar enough, thanks for everything!
