From the kind women at the front desk, to the convenience of texting about appointments and actually speaking with a real person on the phone, to the grace when I was super late because I went to the wrong location, to the extremely kind and helpful hygienist, to the sweet and caring dr (Dr. Byrd). Ideal Dental of West Frisco went above and beyond to make my husband and I both feel
welcomed, cared for, and at ease. They made special accommodations for my husband wheelchair, both upon entry and in the cleaning area, and made sure that he was totally comfortable for his appointment. I’ve never had such great care at a dental office. I can only hope that everyone has as great of an experience as we have had here today. My faith in humanity has been restored! Thank you, Dr. Byrd, and Ideal Dental! We WILL be back!! ♥️

James is 8 and didn’t think he wanted to go to the dentist. After his appointment he came home and thanked me. People are very friendly there and they did a very nice job keeping him comfortable when we had his examination and cleaning. Well done!

Dr. Phillip Pan is a wonderful Doctor and Orthodontist. He is so caring and helpful! He is kind, gentle, sweet, smart, informative, attentive and goes above and beyond. If I had children you could only dream to have a Doctor with such an incredible manner to take care of your kids. His pleasant kind personality and caring attitude is wonderful. I have never experienced a Doctor like him. I was touched by his sweet, humble way. You could not ask for a better Doctor!!! Absolutely adore him! He is the best of the best!!!! My son had an emergency with his teeth. I spoke to Megan and she was able to squeeze him in within hours of our conversation. The bedside manner of the staff and sheer care they took of my 7 year old having 2 teeth extracted was incredible! He had never had a procedure like this and made him and I feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this office!
