  Twins Family Dentistry is the best! Everyone hates going to the dentist, but ever since I started seeing Dr. Gandy at Twins Family I’ve started looking forward to my visits. Their office manager Wendy Castenedas is AMAZING!!! Went in because I had an infected tooth and was in so much pain. They were booked solid for weeks and didn’t have an open appointment. Wendy felt so bad, she got Dr. Gandy to squeeze me in between patients and literally saved me from weeks of agony. She followed up twice afterwards to make sure I was doing okay. I’ve since made them my primary dentist and will never go anywhere else! Wendy personally calls or texts me to remind me of visits and go over pricing, looking at ways I can save money and plan my treatments customized to my insurance. She is literally the sweetest most genuine person I’ve ever met. After being treated like royalty by Wendy, I met Dr. Gandy who is incredible. I’ve never looked forward to seeing a dentist until meeting her! She is SO sweet and so genuine and caring. She makes you forget that your tooth is being drilled because she is just an absolute joy to conversation with and completely distracts you. I cannot day enough about them, they make something that’s usually scary an absolute pleasure!! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in DFW. Worth the drive to frisco.

  They’re seriously thee best hands down! I just love them ❤️. You can’t even tell which tooth is a crown!

  Amazing, caring and very professional staff. They came recommended by our pediatric dentist for my daughter who hasn't smiled for a picture in years because of dental issues. Today she walked up to me smiling without putting her hand in front of her mouth and it brought me to tears. I highly recommend this place.

  Would highly recommend TFD!
  The staff is always so patient and understanding. Wendy goes above and beyond At the front and every hygienist is very skilled and happy to be at work. They are always trying to accommodate our busy schedules and make the dentist enjoyable to go to. The office is always extremely clean and professional.
  Services are done right the first time and they are never pushy (that’s a big thing for me).

  I had a great experience at Twins Family Dentistry. I needed an appointment right away and they were able to accommodate me the same day. The staff was super friendly and very professional! I give this place 5 stars all the way!
