He always provides excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and always answers all of my questions. I especially love this shop because they always take care of me and don't try and sell me on something I don't need.

(May 11, 2020, 5:39 pm)Today I worked with Firestone Auto Care Frisco Texas Store Manager Steve, Automotive Technician Walter, and the Manager of Vehicle Service, Victor Valenzuela. I recommend Firestone Frisco for all your auto care needs. I called and spoke with Victor and he was so knowledgeable over the phone. It was his kindness and courtesy that helped me to make the decision to choose Firestone Frisco. Victor provided a “white glove” experience from the moment I arrived. I felt like I was a priority and that my vehicle was the only one. Frisco Firestone could have easily taken my money but they suggested this was optional service at this time. Victor assured me that my Lexus ES350 was in good condition. Instead of paying several hundreds of dollars he suggested that I monitor my vehicle but that there was no major need to address this timing cover that Park Place Lexus reported was leaking and needed replacing. Thank Frisco Firestone for operating your business with care, good character and integrity. You put people first and because you put people first you just gained a customer for life.
