I went on line to their site and log in the information on my car that I am selling and they gave me an offer right away without them even looking at my car. My car has previous accident and minor dent on the driver's side that was not fixed and it did not deter them from giving me an offer. Their offer is better than what I can get from a dealer trade in or 3rd party. You have the option to have your car picked up by them or bring it to their nearest location. I brought my car to their location and when I arrived all the paperworks were ready for me to sign. It only took 10 minutes for the whole process and they even direct deposit my payment to my bank. I will surely get their business again next time..

(March 6, 2021, 5:30 am)I sold my car to carvana and will never buy from a dealership again. As many state no hassle paperwork was ready. In and out in 10 minutes. She even double checked and gave me things I forgot in the car. Also, they gave me more than people were going to give me as private party price. I did not purchase another car but when I do it will be there. I highly recommend.

(December 20, 2020, 11:46 am)What a treat buying a car was. (Something I never thought I would say.) I did everything online and went to pick up at my scheduled time. Taylor was great and I was out in 15 minutes.
Last time I went to buy a car it was 2+ hours of them trying to load me up with a bunch of stuff I didn’t want.

(November 9, 2020, 3:30 pm)Have bought two cars from them. Each was seemless. Every request was granted. I really like the sales model they have. Not sure the prices are the best but they are close. They even call you after the 7 day trail to see if you want it. That is very classy as most companies would quietly let the time pass so it’s yours without giving you the chance to return. Until
Someone comes out with a better sales model, I will do business with them.
