“I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and that's before we even get to the haircut. I'm not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go. We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us.
