(October 22, 2021, 8:53 pm)Came in with a 1 week old with a cold. He wasn't breathing well and we were concerned we would have to take him to the ER. Nurse Whitney quickly diagnosed him with RSV. She then started hitting our child on the back, held him down and attacked him with a giant suction machine! 2 minutes later she had sucked out all of the snot and gunk and our baby boy sounded 100% better. Couldn't be happier!
I've had a couple experiences with Whitney and she is awesome. She tells it to you straight and no sugar coating. Exactly what we need! -
