I just ordered from here and I had a little issue with the online process. For some reason it charged my card but never had the online website complete the transaction. When I called them, they had me speak to a manager. He was so nice! He let me know to call them back if I get charged twice and they can refund me. I called again later on because I forgot to tell them not to ring the doorbell. They were still so nice. Thank you Justin Mr.Jim’s for being so kind!

Great location! Staff is friendly and kind and if they make a mistake(cause literally everyone does) they always make it right without fail. It isn’t about if you drop the ball it is how you pick it up and this team gets it and does the right thing consistently. Pizza is always pretty dang good too. Hats off to owners/managers of the location they clearly provide autonomy to their staff to make customers happy.
