I am here at Howard Mortuary Services as I write thus, observing my beloved Wife's cremation. This was arranged very quickly through the funeral home that handled my Wife's embalming, Visitation and Service.
Everyone here has treated my Wife's remains, and me, with utmost respect. They explained the entire process to me beforehand, and allowed me free, unescorted access to the "Family Room" and the equipment used for my Wife's cremation during the entire process.

You can actually witness a loved one during the cremation process. The previous review is not correct. It is up to the immediate family who can witness the process. It is not the crematory that decides. Work with your funeral home that is handling the arrangements and make your desires known to them to work with the crematory.
