No cost to get in right now. Nice & quite during the week for picnic or just sitting.
Weekends very crowded. I enjoy going during the week.

Nice, clean, spacious sites. Trash pickup at your site. Good clean water at good pressure. 50amp service.
Nearby dump station.
Exceptional staff. Always helpful.

AAAAA PARK. WATER FRONT. CLEAN RESTROOMS. KID PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. NICE!

Camped here for a week toward the end of March 2021. All the sites are large, level and clean. Both 30amp and 50amp at the pedestal. Great water pressure and very clean water.
It seems to be a safe location even though we've never seen the entry gate closed. We've left out our grill and griddle with no problems.
The only negatives are:
Too much vehicle traffic. It's a pretty Lake and I guess people just come here to drive the short distance past the lake front. An operable gate and entry code would help.
I can understand not having sewer hookups at each site but the closest dump site is not in the campground. It's near the school on Hundley Drive.
When we've visited the bathhouse it smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Pretty clean otherwise.

Did an overnight primitive camp. Close to the playground so great for kids. Very beautiful especially in the AM hours. I wish they would provide picnic tables in the primitive camping areas over near the playground.
