A good place to start making positive changes in life. I used to be a coffee addict. I realized after what my guru said about it that it is not that good for the mind & emotions rather than the body. I actually felt so much positive difference after quitting coffee. I thought yoga was an alternative to going to the gym but it's not! It';s more than just going to the gym. Glad I found Rhythmic Yoga! Thank you!

I've been practicing yoga under the guidance of Amaresh for the past 2 years. I can see my life has changed in so many ways. I am not regular with scheduled classes with Amaresh but I do practice every day based on what Amaresh guides me to do. I am into it very deeply now. I am fully satisfied with what I am receiving from Amaresh. I wish everyone to try yoga with Amaresh!

Yoga classes with Amaresh is very interesting and motivating. My expectation about yoga was like just physical fitness but Amaresh takes classes in a different way which explains about yoga as a lifestyle. I learn more than just physical exercises. Difference between colors, physical practices, day to day activities and everything is connected to yoga which is impressive. I am more interested in learning and practicing the Yamas & Niyamas which means Dos & Don'ts for a yoga practitioner to maintain living a meaningful life. My way of living is slowly changing and I see positive improvements. I didn't learn the way I am learning from Amaresh anywhere. Anyone should try! It's very easy to schedule classes too. Amaresh will visit your place to teach each class. Every class is a useful one more than just physical fitness. Thank you for your service Amaresh!

Very unimaginable experience with Amaresh! I wanted to do yoga since many of my friends asked me to try it. I never thought of doing it because yoga used to be an eastern religious thing which was not right being a Christian and doing yoga. But ever since I met Amaresh, the idea I had about yoga has completely changed. I came to the conclusion that yoga has nothing to do with any religion. Amaresh said classes for me are free because the practice I am about to do is connected to God and he doesn't take any money where God directly involves. Which impressed me. So I went on to continue doing yoga thinking that I am going to just do bending, stretching, and stuff but Amaresh explained to me about the 8 limbs of yoga and walked me through each step, and made me practice them. It was fantastic and I really loved it. Yoga classes were completely different. I am doing yoga every day and I see rapid changes in my life. I overcome depression & stress. It seems easy to handle now. I am so blessed that I met Amaresh and please be with me and guide me when I am wrong. Highly recommended!!!

I have had a wonderful time with Amaresh. His classes feature a variety of exercises and meditation so no class is ever the same. He is flexible with scheduling and even with working around a busy schedule I am always able to get my classes in for the week. Amaresh brings a refreshing traditional approach to yoga that you won't find in most yoga studios. He puts an emphasis on meditation that you cannot find elsewhere as well. Each class beings with an assessment of your physical and mental well being so that Amaresh can cater the class to what your body and mind need. I am truly enjoying his class. In comparison to the American yoga I have done, it is must slower paced.
