Comfort Suites Lewisville

We have been staying here while waiting on our new apartment. Day one The front office representative allowed us to check in early, they accommodated us with a nice comfortable room. Any time we had any concerns, the customer service was impeccable. The location is great as well surrounded by other hotels and many restaurants! I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for nice and comfortable on a budget! Shout out to Ace, who has been the best help and so attentive to all of our needs!

My husband and I are currently homeless so when we do get help for the money we stay here and this is our #1 go to place. The staff is absolutely amazing! Ace and his crew are wonderful. Everytime we stay with out 2 service dogs they know exactly who we are when we walk in the door. They get us checked in quickly, the rooms are always clean and homey and if we have an issue with anything, they fix it right away! We definitely recommend people stay here. They are definitely worth it. ❤️❤️❤️

I had a very nice experience at Comfort Suites, Lewisville! Conveniently located near highways 121 and I-35, the building is tucked away toward the back and nestled by mature trees making it quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating-- especially the manager, Ace, who has excellent customer service skills and provided me with a very comfortable long-term stay. He was extremely helpful to me and made me feel very much at home, anticipating my needs. Others who were noteworthy: the front desk clerks, BK, the housekeepers Carlos, Candy, and the recent male housekeeping hires. All greeted me with friendly smiles, hello's and conversation which brightened my day. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious and homey. The modern, updated bathrooms have plenty of counter and storage space to 'spread out' which was a big plus for me. I loved being very close to many stores and quality restaurants. Thank you, everyone. I will certainly come back again.

I love the breakfast it was delicious and I love it. Breakfast attendant is very helpful and attending each and every person in break room and serving. Feels like you are eating in restaurant. Rooms are very clean and bigger in size. They have Good prices when you go directly at the desk they do price match.

To be honest i was not going to book here because i saw the old reviews but it’s totally opposite.
When I first came here the front desk was really professional and they know what they are doing. New management is doing really great job with their services be it room service, airport taxi, and hot breakfast. For sure a good place to revisit next time I’m in Lewisville area.
