  My most recent experience was very pleasant. I arrived late in the afternoon/evening and the care shown by Ruby Soto was amazing. She was detailed oriented and people guided. Ruby made sure my daughter and myself were comfortable and communicated through each step of the process. Very clean and inviting environment.

  I would like to take this time to share my exceptional experience with Gwinnett Nissan. My service provider Kimberly from day one of assisting me has been nothing short but amazing and everything she’s done for me in these last few weeks. Her communication skills her follow up her dedication to making sure that her customers me it’s taken care of just Wows me. I can tell that she cares about what she does she loves her job but more importantly she cares about her customers. Today I left Gwinnett Nissan with a smile on my face knowing that Mrs. Kimberly took such good care of me and that I was in good hands. In the future I would definitely bring my car back to Gwinnett Nissan for service if you need it I also add that in the future when it’s time to purchase my new car I would definitely be paying Gwinnett Nissan a visit. Lastly if you or anyone in the Atlanta area are looking for service that what I see the expectation I highly recommend you to pay Gwinnett Nissan a visit and tell them that Nathaniel sent you💯💯💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Awesome service from start to finish. I receive a warm welcome, detail information on what my car needed for maintenance & wash and clean car.
  My service guy Will is always customer service friendly and just an awesome person to work with. Will is a stand up guy and gets you what you need in a timely manner. Awesome job and service.

  Thank you for the technician who worked on my car. Thank you for Gil for his exceptional customer service. He went and beyond his service to get the help that i needed on my car. He also provided transportation back to the shop for me as well even though it was far distance then they are required to but he made it happen to get a shuttle out there to pick me up. I also wanted to thank Zack the mechanic who come and got me. He was exceptional as well. Gwinnett place Nissan is the best service ever!!! Totally recommended anyone getting service done on their car Gwinnett place Nissan is the place 😄
