We live way out of town near the coast, so they sent extra pictures and walk through videos so we could see it before driving out. Then on the day of, they braved the dusting of snow and cold weather to take us on the water and show us every last detail of the boat. When they say its a "Buxton boat" you can feel good about the product you are getting!
Very satisfied, I just wish we lived closer so they could continue to service it!
