  Went there to prepare for an upcoming tournament. The coach was very friendly and accommodating. All the fighters were encouraging and welcoming. Learned a lot and really appreciated the time.

  Crossfit 3040 is an amazing place to get in shape. You get much more than a gym. You get a coach, confidence, and friends.
  
  Updated: the gym is still my favorite place. I'd add to my review that the only competition you have in the gym is yourself. You set your own goals, no need to be at any particular skill level when you start your journey.

  I dropped by thanks to a recommendation from one of my awesome coaches at PG CrossFit while I was in town and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back if I ever make it back down there again. Thanks to Tyler for a great class and Will for welcoming me.

  I dropped in for a couple of classes while I was in town. The facility is open and the community is great. Thank you for the fast communication and making me feel so welcome during my time at Crossfit 3040!

  I joined just after quarantine was loosened and they do an excellent job of providing a space that is clean and fit for getting rid of that quarantine weight. You have options of classes or free lift, compared to other CrossFit gyms this one has enough room to accommodate whatever your style is. The instructors for the classes are great motivators and show the lifts for each exercise. 10/10 recommend! Willie is a great owner, and loves to meet the new people!
