Jeremy went above and beyond to show me the parts on the car so I could understand the deeper issues going on and explanations for why certain recommendations were made. I never felt talked down to, which was awesome. Caroline was pleasant to talk to while waiting and eager to assist at checkout. They made a really stressful process a lot less stressful and I appreciated it a lot.
