(August 10, 2021, 4:40 pm)I ordered online and although I still had to wait a few minutes past my pickup time, they put up a sign on the door that shared they are short staffed and to please be patient. With that in mind, the staff were trying their best and were kind while I waited. It looked like some people were being trained so I expect the speed to pick up shortly! I’ll definitely be back. The Steak and cheese was hot and delicious. Lastly, the quality is consistent with all firehouse locations I stop at!

(August 1, 2021, 6:21 pm)Last year I would have given them 2 stars, but they have had a complete staff change and these guys are great! Friendly, fast, polite, helpful. We had stopped coming in, but I'm glad we decided to give it another shot.
