  I came in for a simple bulb and ended up not being able to get to the location of it. The sales and service staff took my car back to remedy my issue and found out that the bulb wasn't the issue to begin with, it was an issue with wiring in the trunk assembly and although they didn't have the time to fix it, they did the entire diagnostic assessment for no cost. There isn't much for them to do until I can get it into service next week but this experience has made me a customer for a long time.... I even had the time to eyeball my next car which might just possibly purchase next week instead of dealing with potential electrical gremlins... VW Passat R-Line will likely replace my VW CC R-Line. Thanks to the Service and Parts guys for the kindness and professionalism you showed me.

  Parts and Service center has a wonderful group of individuals working there from the advisors to the mechanics themselves. They are very informative about your service and keep you updated on your vehicle. They do everything they can to make sure you’re taken care of! The explanations of recommended service(s) are straightforward and made easy to understand. Never any pressure! Great folks. Great work.

  She is giddy with joy over her Beetle S. Thanks to Judd Baker for staying late and taking so much time with our daughter Gracie as she picked out the test drove her first car. She has always wanted just one kind of car, a Beetle, and Judd could not have been more kind and patient with her and us. You can tell a family owned store, the attention to detail and the warmth of a friendly non-pressure experience is the hallmark of this special place of Bobby Beck's. Jason Edwards got us through paperwork very quickly, and David Maloy was such a joy, guiding Gracie to the gong in celebration of her first car. Thanks to all for a great experience to send our baby girl off to college.
