Josh, the manager, was extremely helpful. I was already frustrated after having already been to another store earlier today, with no results after an hour. BUT - Josh was able to help me get off of a family account onto my own and upgrade my phone within 45 minutes. Thank you!!!

I recently went in the store to upgrade my phone because it was broken. I was expecting to pay for the phone, but the nice representative Derrell told me about the trade ins and help me upgrade to a better phone and only had to pay taxes. We then talked about added tablets for my business and he had so much knowledge about the business perks and how much I would save by getting a business line verses a personal line. I was very impressed and will be back to purchase those tablets!
