  Dr. Hegg is amazing. He truly cares about his patients and how their vision impairment plays a roll in their daily lives. After years of mediocre eye exams with little to no success in finding a prescription that worked, he managed to finally understand my dilemma. I can see without my glasses but an astigmatism and a different need for distance/reading etc. he was able to outfit me with the best prescription I’ve had so far. I cannot thank him enough for this. The staff is easy to deal with and I’ve never had to wait for very long.

  My daughter broke her glasses and was in dire need of a new set immediately. The scheduling process for the exam was seamless. After arriving Clear Vision already had my provider information which made the check in process so easy. They performed the exam effortlessly and were even able to get her lenses cut during my visit (that may not be the case for every customer that comes through there doors but it was in mine). Everyone was so very patient with my daughter and her need to try on EVERY SINGLE pair of frames in the shop. I will for sure be coming back to them for my daughters glasses again if needed. In the meantime I will continue to remain in denial about my need for my own pair of glasses. When/if I finally admit to myself that I need them, I know exactly where I need to go. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient. In my industry customer service and reviews are very important and this review should serve as testimony to their amazing customer service and processes. Customer for life!

  I had a transition glasses was not using properly DOC explained how to use it. I was thinking of rechecking my reading glass number but she advice number is fine it is the way you were using glasses. Very knowledgeable doctor and give good advice! Will highly recommend!

  It was a very clean and had a very wonderful atmosphere. I loved the ppl at the front when you first walk in, they were very sweet and helpful. And the doctor she was just as sweet. My only complaint about it is that they don't have a lot of seating so if it were busy everyone would be standing and in each other's way. So I would suggest a few more seats but other than that I really like it there.

  I am amazed how helpful everyone in this office, staffs and Doctor. If you need help you can walk in and if there is an available time you’ll get the help you need. Thank you Chris for all your help, you didn’t walk away with all the eyeglasses I tried on and gave your honest opinions.
