  I had never used RRC before but they were very friendly and caring! They fit me into their schedule even though they were busy. They let me know beforehand who would be coming, which I think is cool and it's super appreciated. They gave me options to fix the issue and were quick. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

  Renown Roofing is putting a new roof on our house today! I am blown away and Amazed! The most professional roofing job I’ve ever seen!
  
  Mike Cagle was our Representative. He was very professional and responded within minutes to our phone calls. From the beginning he worked with the insurance adjuster until the process was finished. He has kept us informed on every step of the process thus the roof installation today.
  
  Lots of houses in our neighborhood have gotten new roofs since last Oct. 2019. Watching those installations and seeing our installation today, it is obvious that Renown workers are working at a higher level of professionalism.
  
  A Container for scrapes and 10 guys showed up around 7am this morning. They covered our 950’ sq ft deck with a tarp to protect it! They covered all of our shrubs with black mesh front and back yards. They also put black mesh on the ground all around the house to catch scrapes and trash that fell off the roof.
  
  They cleaned up everything great! The Roofing Manager even came by as they were finishing and inspected their work!
  
  Couldn’t be happier!

  Renown did a great job on our roof and other repairs. It began with the first meeting with their representative, Mike Cagle, who was very thorough and professional from the start. If I left a message he always called back within minutes. I would use Renown again in a heartbeat, and I’ll recommend that others use them as well.

  I am proud to recommend Renown. The owner, Adam, is a good friend of mine. I’m a local insurance broker, and I’ve sent them nearly a hundred referrals over the last few years for my clients’ storm damage needs. They consistently do an excellent job. On the rare occasion where a mistake is made, they are quick to make it right. If you’re looking for a roofer in DFW... look no further.
