Dr Harrell was very patient to explain concerns about my dry eyes, provided me various options, a trial period & follow up appointment before rushing me into treatments I may not be comfortable with. It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this TSO Lewisville office.

Dr Harrell is always pleasant and he helps his staff .
I am always impressed about his staff and he has had the same staff since we started there many years ago. True testimony of a good place to work.

He is so patient and gives you a genuine recommendation especially with payment options. Dr. Harrell is great and does a thorough job upgrading my eye prescription and makes sure I get a sample of new contacts!
