My wife and I were rear ended by a 50,000 LB Tractor/Flatbed rig on December 14, 2020 in Lewisville, TX. I called Kuzmich Law Firm, and spoke to Nicole Gordillo about the collision, our medical condition, what to expect in dealing with the insurance company, and what we should be doing. Nicole advised that we do not need legal services for our case, but offered many tips and instructions on how to work through the medical claim, the repair of our vehicle, and diminished value claim.
