Dr. Martin and his staff were great! I brought my daughter in to get her wisdom teeth out over college break. She was very apprehensive and didn't want to get it done, but she knew she had to since they had been hurting her. At once the staff made her feel at home. Once she met Dr. Martin she was put at ease and the rest is history. In a matter of minutes she was done! When my younger daughter needs her wisdom teeth out I am calling Dr. Martin's office to set her up. I am glad as a mother I can send my children to his office knowing they are getting the best care possible!!
My 12yr old daughter had 6 teeth extracted and frenulum repair. Dr. Martin and all his staff made us feel like we were family the entire time. They were kind, comforting, and efficient from the moment we walked in, to the consult, through the procedure as well as discharge. We received the best care. Dr Martin and the entire staff is very friendly and courteous. They explain everything about the dental procedure and make you comfortable with the process. Dr Martin is very kind, he takes the time to talk about the process, tools and technique to do the surgery. Also explains steps after surgery to ensure the post op goes well. Dr Martin is an expert surgeon I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. They are the best!!
From my initial visit through and including my most recent visit everyone in the office has gone above and beyond to make the visit a pleasant experience. The initial greeting from the front room staff through to the treatment room staff and Dr Martin himself everyone is above and beyond cordial and upbeat. Collectively they make the visit a pleasant experience.
As for the actual treatment Dr Martin and his staff are very professional and go above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible and your needs are accommodated.
From start to finish Dr Martin and his staff make the experience almost like a visit with family or friends. I highly recommend Dr Martin.
